I just started drawing manga about a month ago, (lol noob cx), and I can only draw headshots. 
I don't know where to start when to comes to proportions, so can someone help muah? I'll give you cookies!

It's going to be an apolcolyptic world, controlled by higher ranks. Leaving the innocent people of Earth to suffer with the creatures they've created, beings are forced to fight or die. However, there are shelters throughout the world, but they lack general needs. Two girls (one very tough girl and the other having powers that the higher ranks gave to her because they were doing experiments) fight them to bring peace. :)
Btw I need some help designing the characters, so if anyone's interested in drawing them for me (I don't mind paying points if it's not too much) that'd be great!
