It's going to be an apolcolyptic world, controlled by higher ranks.  Leaving the innocent people of Earth to suffer with the creatures they've created, beings are forced to fight or die.  However, there are shelters throughout the world, but they lack general needs.  Two girls (one very tough girl and the other having powers that the higher ranks gave to her because they were doing experiments) fight them to bring peace.  
Btw I need some help designing the characters, so if anyone's interested in drawing them for me (I don't mind paying points if it's not too much) that'd be great!

As my legs begged for the extra weight to be shed off, I plunged the last cardboard box onto the bare chocolate brown wooden floor.  My body leaned over on the same cubic object full of materials, due to exhaustion; I probably carried at least twenty boxes.  Letting out a sigh of pride in my hard work, I wiped the small tears of sweat from my forehead, and caressed small blonde strands of hair from my face.   'I knew I didn't have to pay extra to have those money hungry movers to bring everything in.  I did it just fine on my own.  All it took was some time.'  The boxes had taken up the entire living room, and then like an astonishment of a harsh slap, it pierced me: who was going to unpack all these?  Slamming my hand over my face, my throat produced a groan of idiocy.  'Maybe I should have gotten those bloody workers to do this…'
"Hello, oh what's this I see?  Nice ass there, neighbor!"  Face flushed at least five shades of red, it hit me that I had carelessly left my door wide open.  Straightening up, I noticed you could've gotten a perfect view of my backside from where the man's voice bellowed from.  Turning to face him, I recalled his accent was obviously French.  'Oh great, I'm stuck next to a frog.'  

"Pardon me?  Mind keeping your vulgar comments to yourself?"  

The French, now that was quite a stiff subject for Arthur.  He'd been to France years ago, and that's when he grew a strong hatred towards them.  'It's all because of you…'
"Oh my, but I only speak the truth, mon ami.  I just came to see if you needed any help moving in, considering there's a couch and a TV on your lawn."
The Frenchman replied, pointing towards the outdoors.  Scoffing, I regretfully knew I needed the assistance, and yet was too stubborn to go ask for it.  'At least he came to me.'
"Suit yourself, I-I'd appreciate the help."
